Same-day visits are built into our Priority Emergency Plan pricing. For customers on the Basic or Standard plans requesting urgent scheduling, a separate emergency callout fee may apply depending on technician availability that day.
A refrigerant level check is included in every visit. If a full recharge is needed, this is quoted separately based on the type and amount of refrigerant your system requires, and confirmed with you before we proceed.
We accept cash payments and major mobile wallet transfers at the time of service completion. Invoices are provided for all repairs, and pricing is confirmed verbally before any work begins on your unit.
If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days of a Standard or Priority repair, we return to reassess and correct it at no additional labor charge, provided the problem relates to our original service.
